Ferreck Dawn (real name — Freek Coppens) is a Dutch DJ and producer, one of the most consistently reliable hitmakers on the modern house scene. Early years and formation
Born and raised in the Netherlands, he grew up amid a tough dance landscape — from gabber to early techno. In 2021 Ferreck teamed up with Jem Cooke for the lyrically tinged club cut “Back Tomorrow”, a summer hit that reinforced his standing as a powerhouse of vocal house singles. In 2023–2024 he joined forces with MEDUZA and Clementine Douglas on “I Got Nothing”, then delivered his own club mix — another example of how Ferreck can tailor a radio-ready idea for the big-room dancefloor.
Crossover collaborations and remixes
In parallel, he broadened his palette through collaborations with headliners from different camps: A-Trak (“Coming Home,” then “My Own Way”), Lee Foss & Alex Mills (“The Void”), as well as joint work with Jack Back (the house alter ego of David Guetta) and GUZ (“I’ve Been Missing You”).
