Viktor Robertovich Tsoi (June 21, 1962, Leningrad — August 15, 1990, Latvian SSR) was a Soviet rock musician, singer, songwriter, artist and actor, founder and leader of the band «Kino». He was the group’s principal songwriter and composer and one of the central figures of the Leningrad rock scene of the 1980s. Tsoi’s best-known songs include «Группа крови», «Звезда по имени Солнце», «Перемен!», «Пачка сигарет», «Кукушка», «Спокойная ночь», «Последний герой», «Когда твоя девушка больна» and «Следи за собой».
