The island is located in the northern part of the Bahamian archipelago and already boasts significant natural potential: it features five beaches and several waterfalls, while the coastal area is known for its rich marine life and coral reefs. According to investor involved in the future project Arturo Rubinstein, the resort fundamentally differs from traditional luxury destinations:
