Ksenia Borodina has filed lawsuits against websites that use her name and photos to advertise diets. The TV host is demanding the closure of fraudulent resources and the protection of her reputation.
TV host Ksenia Borodina has changed noticeably over the years of working on the project “Dom-2”. During this time, she not only changed her image by giving up her long chestnut hair, but also developed her own style and underwent a significant physical transformation, which did not go unnoticed by the public.
Online, collages regularly appear showing Borodina “before” and “after” weight loss, accompanied by eye-catching headlines such as “The Ksenia Borodina Diet”. At the same time, the TV host has repeatedly emphasized that she has nothing to do with such “methods,” and that her name and image are being used without permission.
After exercising patience, Borodina decided to put an end to speculation surrounding her appearance and initiated legal proceedings against websites that use her image to advertise questionable diet products. According to the TV host, her goal is not financial gain, but the protection of her reputation and the prevention of misleading the public.
Ksenia Borodina’s lawyers have already filed a complaint with the “K” Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, insisting on the initiation of a case under Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Fraud”). In this way, the TV host intends to hold accountable those who profit from someone else’s name and the audience’s trust.
Borodina emphasizes that she does not sell diets or promote “miracle” weight-loss methods, and that all changes in her appearance are the result of discipline, lifestyle, and consistent work on herself.
